Bettie Cox Jones Sims

  Graveside services for Bettie Cox Jones Sims, were held at 2
p.m., Sunday, December 6, at the Bechom Cemetery in Hornbeck,
with the Rev. James Langston officiating, under the direction of
the Beauregard-Vernon Funeral Home in Leesville.

  Mrs. Sims, 81, of Deer Park, Tex., formerly of Hornbeck, died
Thursday, December 3, in Deer Park, Texas.

  Mrs. Sims was a native of Hornbeck. She was a housewife.

  Mrs. Sims is survived by three sons, Paul E. Jones of Conroe,
Jerry L. Jones of Deer Park, and Larry Jones of Kingwood; three
daughters, Roxie Janice Cox of Woodville, Evie Whitehead of
Wallisville, and Daisy Pearl Duncan of Houston; nine
grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
