Harry Robert Singletary

  Services for Mr. Harry Robert Singletary, 80, of Marthaville,
were held at 4 p.m., Friday, September 2, at the Pisgah Baptist
Church near Marthaville.

  The Rev. Ben Crittenden officiated, assisted by the Rev. Lonnie
Treadway. Burial was at Pisgah Cemetery. Plans were under the
direction of a Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home in Coushatta, La.

  Mr. Singletary, a retired construction worker, died at 11:40
a.m., Thursday, September 1, 1983, at Sabine Medical Center,
Many.

  He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Gertie Mae Singletary of
Marthaville; three sons, Jack Singletary, and Ted Singletary of
Marthaville, and Jimmy Singletary of Converse, La.; one brother,
W. W. Singletary of Marthaville; one sister, Lillie Rains of
Natchitoches, La.; eleven grandchildren; and two great
grandchildren.
