Trelia Washington Singletary

  Mr. Trelia Washington Singletary, 63, of Marthaville, died
Saturday, January 21, 1984, at 9:05 a.m., in the Pleasant Hill
General Hospital.

  Funeral services for Mr. Singletary were held Sunday, January
22, at the Lewis Chapel Pentecostal Church, at 2 p.m. The Rev.
Eddie Edwards, and Rev. Lonnie Treadway officiated. Interment
followed in the Old Pisgah Cemetery.

  He is survived by his wife, Marie Randolph Singletary of
Marthaville, (Little Egypt Community); one son, Jerry D. Berry,
Honolulu, Hawaii; three daughters, Carolyn Meadows, Fort Jesup,
Charlot Lindsey, Belmont, and Christie Tatum, Marthaville; one
brother, Earl Gene Singletary, Natchitoches; three sisters, Marie
Terrel, Belmont, Sybil Neittie, Marthaville, and Francis Attaway,
Natchitoches; and six grandchildren.
