Sinclair, 60, of Live Oak, Texas, were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, June 25, in the Church of Castle Hills, with the Rev. John C. Hagee officiating. Interment was in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, with full military honors, under the direction of Colonial Funeral Home of Universal City. A native of Baskin, he was a veteran of World War II. He was manager of J. C. Jones Paint and Wallpaper Co., and was active in sports and youth activities. Survivors include his wife, Verne Wright Sinclair; his mother, Mrs. Edna M. Sinclair, Winnsboro; two daughters, Pamela Sinclair, and Teresa Lewis, both of Converse; two sons, Harold Sinclair, San Antonio, Texas, and Roy Sinclair of Live Oak; one brother, Delmus Sinclair, Clarks; four sisters, Joyce Chapman of Delhi, Jean Milby of Houston, Annette Spearman, Ashdown, Ark., and Bernice Roberts, Elgin, Texas; and five grandchildren.
