  Clyde L. Singletary - April 14, 1988

  Mr. Clyde L. Singletary, 73, died on April 7, 1988 at Schumpert
Medical Center.

  Services were held at Union Baptist Church in Belmont on April 9
at 10 a.m. with Rev. John Garrett and Rev. J. P. King
officiating. Burial was at Old Pisgah Cemetery under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Muriel Singletary of
Marthaville; one son, Guy Singletary of Marthaville; one foster
son, Jerry Singletary of Marthaville; five grandchildren and
three great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers included Billy Callens, Bernice Green, Carlton
Salley, Billy Collins, Loyd Ford and Jo Skinner.
