Ruth Naomi Singletary

  Services for Ruth Naomi Singletary, 85, were held at 2 p.m.,
Monday, April 15, in the Old Pisgah Baptist Church, with the Rev.
William D. Sirman officiating. Burial followed in the Old Pisgah
Cemetery, under the direction of Rockett-Nettles Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Singletary died Sunday, April 14, in Huckaby Memorial
Hospital in Coushatta. Survivors include one daughter, Hazel
Hicks of Coushatta; three sons, Fred Ray Singletary of
Shreveport, Robert Willie Singletary of Marthaville, and Harold
Raymond Singletary of Natchitoches; two brothers, Ed Moore of
Marthaville, and Don Moore of Tucson, Arizona; four sisters,
Daisy Hilliard of Arizona, Ethel Wyatt of Marthaville, Vere
McGhee, also of Marthaville, and Clarice Rains of Bossier City;
six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

  Pallbearers were Ted Singletary, Gene Wyatt, Donnie Wyatt, Doug
Mitchell, Andy Jenkins, and Terry Veuleman.
