W. I. Singletary

  William I. Singletary, 94, of Vowells Mill, died Monday, Dec.
27, in a DeRidder hospital.

  Funeral services were held in the Cedron Baptist Church in
Vowells Mill, at 2 p.m., Dec. 29.

  Burial was in the church cemetery, under the direction of First
National Funeral Home of Natchitoches. Survivors are three
daughters, Mrs. W. B. Dew of Zwolle, Mrs. O. Z. Cooper of Newton,
Tex., Mrs. B. R. Pearson of Humbolt, Tenn.; one son, Loyd
Singletary of DeRidder; one sister, Miss Ada Singletary of
Vowells Mill; one brother, Asa Singletary of Vowells Mill; 17
grandchildren; and 27 great grandchildren.
