Lillian D. Sansom

  Services for Lillian D. Sansom, 60, of Shreveport, were held at
2 p.m., Thursday, Sept. 14, in Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church in
Arcadia, with the Rev. Bob Ezell, Mt. Zion pastor, officiating.
Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery, under the direction of Conger
Funeral Home of Arcadia. Local arrangements was directed by
Wellman Funeral Home.

  A native of Arcadia, Mrs. Sansom died Monday, at LSU Hospital,
following a short illness. She had lived in Shreveport for most
of her life, and was a licensed practical nurse, and a Baptist.

  Survivors include son, Charles L. Sansom of Shreveport;
daughters, Elizabeth Ann Short, and Charlotte Parker, both of
Shreveport, and Betty Jean Richard of Zwolle; brothers, Morris C.
Lenard, and Alma C. Lenard, both of Shreveport, Dock J. Lenard of
Tennessee, and Carroll W. Lenard of Destrahan; sister, Billie S.
Caldwell of Silver Springs, Md.; and 17 grandchildren.
