John Elmer Shoemaker

  Services for Mr. John Elmer Shoemaker, 93, of Robeline, was held
at 10 a.m., Monday, February 17, with the Rev. Foster Jennings
officiating. Burial was in Shamrock Cemetery, under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Shoemaker died Feb. 14, in Many, La.

  He is survived by step mother, Winnie Brimmer of Natchitoches;
three step sisters, Loretta Bell of Natchitoches, Ester Mae
Campbell of Belmont, Ellen Shoemaker of Lafayette; three
brothers, Joe Shoemaker of Robeline, Julius Shoemaker of
Coushatta, John C. Shoemaker Jr. of Coushatta; one step brother,
Hoyt Shoemaker of Hobbs, New Mexico; and a host of nieces and
nephews.
