The Sabine Index - L. C. Smith

  22 Jun 1956 - Funeral services for L. C. Smith, 42, who died
at his home in Many, Wednesday, June 13, were conducted at Spring
Ridge Baptist church at 4 p.m. Thursday, June 14 with Rev. Willis
Greer officiating. Interment was in Spring Ridge cemetery under
the direction of the Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. L. C. Smith, sons, Louis and
Micheal Smith, one daughter, Debra Ann Smith, all of Many,
mother, Mrs. J. W. Lovett of Ft. Smith, Ark., father, Oscar Smith
of Pleasant Hill, sisters, Mrs. Letha Greer of Pleasant Hill,
Mrs. Marie Reed of Leesville, Mrs. Lorine Forbis of Bossier City,
and Mrs. Minnie Rains of Many.

  Pallbearers were George Cook, Wayne Bostian, Tom
Woodwood, Henry Clements, Eldra Vines and Elbert Tarpley.
