Claude Eldry Sneed, Sr.

  Services for Mr. Claude Eldry Sneed, Sr., 86, of Many, were held
on Sunday, Nov. 24, 1985, at 2 p.m., in the Warren Meadows
Funeral Home Chapel. Bro. J. Michael (Bucky) Slay officiated.
Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mr. Sneed died on Friday, Nov. 22, 1985, at 7:15 a.m., at
Heritage Manor in Many, La.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearl Sneed of Many; one son,
Claude E. Sneed Jr. of Sulphur Springs, Tex.; two daughters,
Claudia Pearl Wedgeworth of Many, and Jean Phares of Columbia,
Tenn.; one brother, Leon Sneed of Plainview, La.; one sister,
Lenera Starks of California; nine grandchildren; and four great
grandchildren.
