Mrs. Trudie Edna Sneed

  Services for Mrs. Trudie Edna Sneed, 77, of Hornbeck, were held
at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 15, at the Prewitt's Chapel Baptist
Church near Hornbeck. The Rev. James Flanagan, and the Rev. Dan
Davis officiated. Burial was at the church cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many.

  Mrs. Sneed died at 12:42 p.m., Monday, January 13, 1986, in
Leesville, after a short illness.

  She is survived by her husband, Leon Sneed of Hornbeck; three
daughters, Floy Mae Byrd of Lake Charles, Verna Faye Brown of
Hornbeck, and Lenell Mattox of Anacoco; one brother, Arnold
Dowden of Hornbeck three sisters, Irene Cabra of Hornbeck, Rowena
Mitchell, and Inez Marze of Anacoco; ten grandchildren; thirteen
great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
