Garthel Burr officiating. Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery in the Hunter Community. Mrs. Smith died Saturday, February 2, at the Heritage Manor Nursing Home in Mansfield, following a lengthy illness. She was a native of Centerville, Texas, and was a former resident of the Hunter Community. She was a member of the Community Bible Church in Mansfield, and was a homemaker. She is survived by four daughters, Annie Bell Temple of Hunter, Minnie Temple of Hunter, Fannie Tatum of Nederland, Texas, Clara Davis and her husband Elmer of Logansport; one sister, Berta Vaston of Mansfield; one brother, Jimmy Rodgers and his wife Trudy of Many; seventeen grandchildren; 45 great grandchildren; 50 great-great grandchildren; 1 great-great-great grandchild. She is survived by 117 direct descendants. Pallbearers were Terrell Temple, Benoyd Temple, Glen Davis, Wayne Davis, Pete Tatum, and William Roe.
