Bonnie Lewing Smith

  Funeral services for Bonnie Lewing Smith, 68, of Prattville,
Ala., were held at 11 a.m., Friday, April 12, at Mt. Carmel
Baptist Church.

  Rev. Billy Burkett officiated. Burial was in Mt. Carmel
Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Smith died on April 7, 1996, at her residence in
Prattville.

  Survivors are her husband, John H. Smith of Prattville; two
sons, Mark Smith of Atlanta, and Matthew Smith of Prattville; two
daughters, Sonya Schiller of Prattville, and Melanie Smith of
Atlanta; mother, Leola Lewing of Many; three sisters, Shirley
Kinney of Destin, Fla., Jean Williams of Florien, and Myra
Anthony of Many; three brothers, Ray Lewing of Mansfield, Sherman
Lewing, and Herbert Lewing, both of Florien; and one
granddaughter, Codie Smith of Atlanta.
