James H. Smith

  Funeral services for James H. Smith, age 80, who passed away
April 5, were conducted at Robeline Baptist Church on April 7, at
2 p.m., with Rev. Oliver Prothro, and Rev. Oliver Roberts
officiating.

  Interment was in the church cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Jim Smith of Robeline; daughters,
Mrs. H. B. Kelso of Texas City, Mrs. H. N. Carr of Minneapolis,
Minn., Mrs. N. W. McQueen, and Mrs. Ray Vaught, both of Houston,
Texas, and Mrs. Thomas Sandifer of Waco, Tex.; sons, A. J. Smith
of Robeline, William W. Smith of Franklin, Glen Smith of
Pasadena, Tex.; sister, Mrs. Willie Parker of Robeline; and 17
grandchildren.
