Clovis "Jack" Emerson Swindle

  Services for Clovis "Jack" Emerson Swindle, 63, were held on
Monday, Oct. 6, at 10 a.m., in the Jennings Chapel of
Marthaville. The Rev. Foster Jennings officiated, with burial at
the Jennings Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Drewett
Funeral Home of Mansfield. He died in Shreveport, after a sudden
illness.

  Mr. Swindle is survived by one daughter, Linda Jedlicka, Corpus
Christi, Tex.; two sons, David Bull, Corpus Christi, Tex., and
Jimmy Bull, Longview, Tex.; two brothers, Wyman Swindle,
Keithville, and Aaron Swindle, Natchitoches, and five
grandchildren.
