The Sabine Index - William M. (Uncle Bill) Sandel

  8 May 1942 - Last rites for William M. (Uncle Bill) Sandel, age
82 years were held last Sunday at Prospect church near Florien at
11 o'clock, Rev. Gray of Hornbeck officiating, assisted by Rev.
Julian McComic of Florien.

  Surviving are wife, Mrs. Mary Sandel; five sons, W. L. of
Florien, Randall of Gandy, C. C. of Shreveport, Marvin of Florien
and J. Y. of Florien; two daughters, Mrs. C. H. Lee, Zwolle and
Mrs. A. D. Miller, Gladewater, Texas; 20 grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.
