  Jessie Sandel Jr. - February 11, 1988

  Mr. Jessie Sandel, Jr., 6?, died at his residence in Florien on
Feb. 8, 1988.

  Services were held Wed. Feb. 10, at Prospect United Methodist
Church at 3 p.m. with rev. John Koelemay and Rev. James J. Umbra
officiating. Burial was at Prospect Cemetery under the direction
of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Rosa Sandel of Florien; three sons,
Jessie Thane Sandel, Van Warren Sandel and William David Sandel,
all of Florien; one daughter, Dianna Rose Breckenridge of
Florien; two brothers, Johnson Monroe Sandel of Florien and Rev.
Elias Wesley Sandel of Amite; four sisters, Martha Jane Flagg of
Longview, Tx., Laura Scott of Natchitoches, Ethel Haun of
Haughton, and Daisy Snelling of Shreveport, his mother, Alice
Sandel of Shreveport; 15 grandchildren, eight great grandchildren
and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
