Ms. Richie Lea Sandel

  Ms. Richie Lea Sandel, 77, of Florien, died Friday, Feb. 9,
2001, at Willis-Knighton Pierremont.

  Funeral services were held Sunday, Feb. 11, at 2 p.m., at Many
Church of the Nazarene, with interment following at Prospect
Cemetery. The Rev. Daniel Lowe, and the Rev. Lowell Bell
officiated.

  Survivors include two sisters, Mildred of Pineville, and Hattie
Dziekan of Florien; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Ms. Sandel was preceded in death by her parents, Needham Sandel,
and Mamie Bridges Sandel; brother, Rollie Sandel; sisters, Edna
Ward, Hazel Sandel, and Loise Thaxton.
