Grover Rollie Sandel

  Mr. Grover Rollie Sandel, 79, died at his residence, 130 Buffalo
Drive, Many, La., on July 7, 1989, at 10:40 a.m.

  Services were held at Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, on
Sunday, July 9, 1989, at 2 p.m., with Rev. Rodney Pitts, and Rev.
Roger Jarred officiating. Burial was at Toro Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Pearl Ellzey Sandel of Many;
three sons, Robert Sandel of DeRidder, Kenneth Sandel of Lufkin,
Tex., and Grover Sandel of Giddings, Tex.; two daughters, Shirley
Sandel of Many, and Hilda Ammons of Robeline; six sisters, Edna
Ward of Westlake, Mildred Thaxton of Pineville, Hazel Sandel,
Ritchie Sandel, Hattie Dziekan, and Lois Thaxton, all of Florien;
11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces
and nephews.
