Carl Sanders

  Carl J. Sanders, 48, of Natchitoches, died Tuesday, Oct. 5, in
Fort Polk Army Hospital.

  Services were held at 2 p.m., in the Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral
Chapel, with Chaplain Alfred W. Eustes officiating. Burial was
Friday, in the Beulah Cemetery.

  Survivors include his father, Lucious N. Sanders of Ritchy, Mo.;
step-mother, Mrs. Bammer Sanders of Ritchy, Mo.; his wife, Gladys
Wilson Sanders of Natchitoches; three daughters, Mrs. Terrie Reed
of Odessa, Tex., and Miss Pamela Sanders, and Judy Sanders, both
of Houston, Tex.; one sister, Mrs. Versie Barnhill of
Marthaville; two brothers, Cecil Sanders of Lake Jackson, Tex.,
and Huey Sanders of Pensacola, Fla.; a half-brother, Ronald
Sanders of Wilcox, Ariz., and one grandchild.
