Elma M. Sanders

  Services for Mrs. Elma M. Sanders, were held at 2 p.m.,
Thursday, July 30th, at the Oak Grove Baptist Church in Hornbeck,
with the Rev. Doyle Carpenter officiating. Burial followed in the
church cemetery, under the direction of the Beauregard-Vernon
Funeral Home in Leesville.

  Mrs. Sanders, 84, of Hornbeck, died Tuesday, July 28, at 4:10
p.m., at the Byrd Memorial Hospital in Leesville.

  Mrs. Sanders was a native of Hornbeck, and a homemaker.

  She is survived by three sons, L. R. Sanders of Hornbeck, Benny,
and Larry, both of Vidor; two daughters, Donnis Chance of Vidor,
and Verna Ford of Hornbeck; 21 grandchildren; 46 great
grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
