Odell Snell

  Funeral services for Odell Snell, 55, of Hornbeck, were held at
2 p.m., Wednesday, July 3, in the Prewitt Chapel Baptist Church
at Hornbeck, with the Rev. E. W. Lord, the Rev. Roy Dowden, and
the Rev. LeRoy Chance officiating. Burial was in the Prewitt
Chapel Cemetery, under the direction of Hixson Funeral Home of
Leesville. Mr. Snell died Monday, July 1.

  Survivors include his mother, Mrs. Pearlie Brown Snell of
Hornbeck; three brothers, Markell Snell, and Darnell Snell, both
of Hornbeck, and Darwin Snell of Houston, Tex.; six sisters, Mrs.
Hazel Harris, Mrs. Mertis Bonner, Mrs. LaVerne Eckart, and Mrs.
Ocie Lee Parker, all of Hornbeck, and Mrs. Pearlie Lockhart, and
Mrs. Grace Brull, both of Houston, Tex.
