William Jake Snell

  Funeral services for William Jake Snell, 81, were held March 14,
1996, at 2 p.m., at Warren Meadows Chapel, with the interment
following at Many Cemetery.

  Rev. John Lawler, and Rev. Bob Spear officiated, and a Masonic
graveside service was conducted by the Many Masonic Lodge.

  Mr. Snell died March 13, 1996, at Sabine Medical Center.

  He is survived by two daughters, Polly Dappen and husband Edward
of Many, and Christi Snell of Shreveport, La.; one son, William
James Snell and wife Gail of Many, La.; one sister, Myrtle Jabbia
of Natchitoches, La.; and several nieces and nephews.
