George Lewis Snell

  Funeral services for George Lewis Snell, age 77, who passed away
March 8, were conducted at Oak Grove Baptist Church at 2 p.m.,
March 10, with Rev. Robert Graham, M. G. Rachal, and Jim Owens
officiating. Interment was in the church cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Mertie Snell of Hornbeck; sons,
Donald L., and Evon L., both of Hornbeck; daughter, Christel of
Leesville, and Mina Walpole of Port Arthur, Texas; one half
brother; six half sisters; 14 grandchildren; and 11 great
grandchildren.
