Willie Perry "Cut" Simon (Photo)

  Mr. Willie Perry Simon, son of the late William and Mrs. Lena
Fields Simon, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, April 28,
1987, at the Doctor's Hospital, Shreveport, La.

  "Cut" was born and raised in Pleasant Hill, and had lived there
all of his life.

  For many years, "Cut" was employed by the Prothro Clinic. His
last tenure of service was a Deputy for Sabine Parish, serving in
the Pleasant Hill locale.

  He leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted wife, Johnnie Mae
Simon; one son, Limon Simon of Monroe; one daughter, Ms. Mary F.
Simon of Shreveport; two sisters, Ms. Ida Roland, and Ms. Erma
Adams; one brother, Roland Simon, all of Phoenix, Arizona; seven
grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives
and friends.
