The Sabine Index - Jerry Lynn Simmons 
  
  13 Nov 1959 - Final rites were held Nov. 11 for Baby Jerry Lynn 
Simmons, age three, who was killed in an automobile accident Nov. 
9. 
  
  Services were conducted at the Noble Pentecostal church at 2:30 
p.m. Officiating ministers were Rev. Herbert Laidlaw, of Pleasant 
Hill and Rev. Clyde Self of Shreveport. 
  
  Warren Funeral home directed the interment at Sardis cemetery. 
  
  Pallbearers were Ronald and Bobbie Ott, Ralph Gene Aaron and Joe 
Edd Elliott. 
  
  Surviving relatives are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Simmons 
of Shreveport; and one brother, Richard Valery Simmons, who 
resides with his parents; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. D. 
M. Simmons of Noble, Maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. B. T. 
McDonald of Mitchell.
