Lizzie Simmons

  Lizzie Simmons, 89, of Many, died in Shreveport on Tuesday,
March 18, at 11:55 a.m., following a short illness.

  She is survived by two brothers, Mason Simmons, and Johnny
Simmons, both of Many, and a sister, Miss Onie Simmons of Many.

  Funeral services were held at the Ft. Jesup Baptist Church on
Thursday, March 20, at 4 p.m., with the Rev. H. H. Tibbitts, and
the Rev. Loyd Sowers officiating.

  Burial was in the Miller Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
