Madeline Scroggins Semons

  Mrs. Madeline Scroggins Semons, 71, of Many, died in the Sabine
Medical Center at Many, La., on August 2, 1984, at 7:15 a.m.

  Surviving relatives are four sisters, Mrs. Patricia C. Ebarb,
Mrs. Ruth Dubois, and Wanda Walker of Shreveport; and Lucy
Cassidy of New Orleans; one brother, Vernon Scroggins of
Hornbeck; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held Friday, Aug. 3, at 2 p.m., in the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Purvis Chance
officiating. Interment was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery, under the
direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
