Drucie Davis Simmons

  Funeral services for Mrs. Drucie Davis Simmons, 88, of
Shreveport, will be held at 11 a.m., January 5, at Centuries
Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.

  Officiating will be Rev. Lee Dickerson of Natchitoches.
Interment will be at Centuries Memorial Park, under the direction
of Centuries Memorial Funeral Home.
  Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m., in Wednesday,
January 4.

  Mrs. Simmons was a native of Pelican, and lived in the
Shreveport area for 15 years. She was a former resident of Sabine
Parish, and a member of Summer Grove Baptist Church.

  Mrs. Simmons was preceded in death by her husband, William O.
Simmons.

  Survivors include two sons, William B. Simmons and his wife
Nellie of Keithville, and Kenneth Simmons and his wife Phyllis of
Many; six grandchildren, Keith Simmons, Brad Simmons, Will
Simmons, Todd Simmons, Anna Simmons, and Alysia Simmons; five
great grandchildren, Alana Simmons, Nolan Simmons, Travis Bloxom,
Lauren Simmons, and Garrett Simmons.

  Pallbearers will be William B. Simmons, Keith Simmons, Will
Simmons, Kenneth Simmons, Brad Simmons, and Todd Simmons.
