Mrs. Sarah C. Simmons

  Funeral services for Mrs. Sarah C. Simmons, 67, of Denham
Springs, who died Monday, Jan. 27, after an extended illness,
were held Thursday, Jan. 28, in the Warren Meadows Chapel, with
Msgr. Lennon officiating.

  Interment was in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include three brothers, Rufus Stephens of Florien, Jim
Stephens of Shreveport, and Alec Stephens of Natchitoches; a
sister, Lydia Stephens of Florien; and two nieces, Mrs. Ethel
Runnels of Prairieville, and Mrs. Vonceal Ferguson of Edinburg,
Texas.
