Marlene Simmons

  Last rites for Marlene Simmons, age 36, who died Aug. 12, were
conducted at Trinity Baptist Church at 2 p.m., Aug. 14, with Rev.
H. H. Tibbitts, and Rev. Stevens officiating.

  Interment was in Oxley Cemetery, under the direction of Warren
Funeral Home.

  Pallbearers were Francis, W. L., and Jerry Oxley, H. L. Leggett,
Billy Palmer, and Jason Miller.

  Survivors are parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Simmons of Many; two
brothers, Hoyt, and Grady, both of Many; three sisters, Mrs. Odis
Cobb of Mansfield, Mrs. Rayford Dyson of Buras, and Mrs. Pauline
Brown of Clinton, Miss.
