Skinner, 66, of Belmont, were held Saturday, Jan. 13, at 2 p.m., at Union Baptist Church in Belmont, with the Rev. J. P. King officiating. Burial was in the Belmont Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Brady Henderson, Marvin Carter, Nathan Wright, Glenn Howard, William Fenston, and Rudolph Haley. Mr. Skinner died Thursday, Jan. 11, at Many. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Donna Skinner of Belmont; one daughter, Mrs. Janet Clark of Many; three sisters, Miss Velda Skinner, Mrs. M. O. Booth, and Mrs. W. I. Emmons, all of Shreveport; one grandchild; four step-grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren; five grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren, three stepsons, Phillip Weldon of Houston, Lynn Weldon of Florien, Wilfred Weldon of Belmont; one step-daughter, Gwen Koss of Florien, and 2 nephews and one niece.
