Clara Skinner

  Mrs. Clara Skinner, 83, of Many, died in Many on Monday, Feb. 2,
at 1:33 p.m., following an extended illness.

  She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Devara Alford, and Mrs.
Davada Alford, both of Many; a brother, George Addison of
Florien; a sister, Mrs. J. Ludd Leach of Shreveport; four
grandchldren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held at the Alford Heights Baptist Church
on Tuesday, Feb. 3, at 3 p.m. The Rev. Brent Fleming, and the
Rev. Earl Marr officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery,
under the direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
