Jeff Skinner

  Jeff Skinner, 66, of Smithville, W. Va., died Friday, March 18,
in West Virginia.

  Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Monday, March 21, in the
Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, with the Rev. Louis Skinner
officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery, under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Survivors include his widow; a son, Herbert Skinner of Wichita
Falls, Tex.; seven sisters, Mrs. Elta Wyatt, Mrs. Cora Smith,
Mrs. Bessie Weldon, Mrs. Iberia Mothershed, Mrs. Melva Curry, and
Mrs. Exie Anderson, all of Florien, and Mrs. Pearlie Dupree of
Mansfield; two brothers, Monroe Skinner of Florien, and the Rev.
Louis Skinner of Natchitoches; and 7 grandchildren.
