T. O. Arrington, and the Rev. Guy Burr officiating. Burial was in Belmont Cemetery, under direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home of Many. Masonic graveside services were held. A retired employee of Kansas City Southern Railroad, Mr. Skinner died at 11:15 a.m., Wednesday, at Doctors' Hospital. He was a member of Southside Baptist Church, and Sunset Acres Masonic Lodge No. 438. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Josie Skinner of Shreveport; a son, Charles Skinner of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs. Alevne Haley of Belmont; and one grandchild.
