Narvey Skinner

  Services for Narvey Edward Skinner, 77, of Shreveport, were held
at the Union Baptist Church in Belmont, with the Rev. T. O.
Arrington, and the Rev. Guy Burr officiating. Burial was in
Belmont Cemetery, under direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home
of Many. Masonic graveside services were held.

  A retired employee of Kansas City Southern Railroad, Mr. Skinner
died at 11:15 a.m., Wednesday, at Doctors' Hospital. He was a
member of Southside Baptist Church, and Sunset Acres Masonic
Lodge No. 438.

  Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Josie Skinner of Shreveport; a
son, Charles Skinner of Shreveport; a sister, Mrs. Alevne Haley
of Belmont; and one grandchild.
