E. C. Harris of Oakdale officiating. Burial was in Belmont cemetery under direction of Drewitt funeral home. Surviving are five daughters, Miss Nellie Skinner of Colfax, Miss Della Skinner of Many, Mrs. Walter Powell of Alliance, Mrs. ?eclani Wright of Belmont, three sons, Albert of Huntsville, Buford Phillips of Lake Charles; Ala., Jessie of Nortre Dame, Ind., and Carl of Belmont; two brothers, A. L. and Lite Carter of Belmont; one sister, Mrs. Ollie Skinner of Belmont. Mrs. Skinner was a life long citizen of the Belmont community.
