(Doug) Skinner, 89, died in Lake Charles on Sunday, Mar. 2, 1986, at 10:08 a.m. Services were held on Tuesday, Mar. 4, at 2 p.m., at Pisgah Baptist Church in Toro, with Rev. F. M. Belsha, and Bro. W. T. Love officiating. Burial was in Pisgah Cemetery, under the direction of Warren Meadows Funeral Home. Pallbearers included his grandsons, Wayne Wilson, Jim Wilson, James Curtis, Terry Harvey, Larry Harvey, Steve Skinner, and David Richard. He is survived by three sons, Glynn Skinner of Shreveport, John Skinner of Many, and Kenneth Skinner of Vivian; four daughters, Virginia Wilson of Shreveport, Naomi Curtis of Florien, Maxine Harvey, and Bonnie Richard, both of Lake Charles; one sister, Alice Foster of Nederland, Tex., and 16 grandchildren; and 23 great grandchildren.
