She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess W. Skinner; brother, R. W. Colquette and his wife, Virginia; and sister, Lillian Colquette Howard. Surviving family members include her son, Charles T. Skinner and wife Geeta of Cypress, Texas; his children, Jess Skinner, and Ann Skinner; and their mother, Deborah S. Dollar of Alexandria; and her nieces, Susan Cloutier of Natchitoches, Eve Howard of Berkeley, Calif., Sandra Wallace of London, Ky., and Bob Coquette of DeQuincy. Maugret Louise was a member of the Fisher Heritage Foundation, and lived the greater part of her life in the Village of Fisher. Memorials may be made to Gideon Bible Association, or a memorial of choice.
