The Sabine Index - Mrs. Dora Ann Sharp

  9 May 1974 - Mrs. Dora Ann Sharp, 82, of Florien died in
Shreveport on Friday, May 3 at 4:10 p.m. following a lengthy
illness.

  Mrs. Sharp is survived by her daughter, Mrs. Faye Bradford of
Florien; her sister, Mrs. Alice Lofton of Many; 11 grandchildren,
13 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and a number of
nieces and nephews.

  Funeral services were held in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church on
Sunday, May 5, at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Phillip Tisdale
officiating. Burial was in the Mt. Carmel Cemetery under the
direction of the Warren Meadows Funeral Home.

  Mrs. Sharp's grandsons served as pallbearers.
