She was born in Many, but had been a resident of Shreveport for 25 years. She was manager of the Red Grill in the Woolco store, and was a member of Robinson Place Mission of the First Baptist Church. Services were held Saturday, Dec. 22, at 11:30 a.m., in the Marshall Street Chapel of Rose-Neath Funeral Home of Shreveport, with the Rev. N. O. Pugh of the Robinson Place Mission, and the Rev. Arthur Haymon of Fort Jesup Baptist Church, officiating. Burial followed in the Ft. Jesup Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Kenneth Sharbino of Shreveport; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. D. Leach of Ft. Jesup; her maternal grandfather, Levi Reece of Robeline; two daughters, Rena Hebert, and Phyllis Kaye Sharbino, both of Shreveport; three sisters, Irene Allen of Bossier City, Estelle Brown of Terre Haute, Ind,; three brothers, Otha Leach of Duncanville, Tx., Carl Leach of Ft. Jesup, and the Rev. Truman Leach of Natchitoches, and two grandchildren. Pallbearers were David Allen, Darrel Speight, March Leach, Hulon Drewett, Dennis Stangle, and Cliff Ray.
