Matthew R. Searcy

  Services for Matthew Ryan Searcy, the two-month-old son of Mr.
and Mrs. S. Alan Searcy of Shreveport, were at 1 p.m., Wednesday,
August 3, in Rose-Neath Funeral Home, Marshall Street Chapel.

  The infant died Monday evening in Schumpert Medical Center,
following a three car accident in Shreveport. Services were
officiated by Dr. James W. Taylor, pastor of Highland Baptist
Church, and the Rev. Dan Grove, pastor of Mooringsport United
Methodist Church. Burial was in Forest Park Cemetery.

  In addition to his parents, survivors include two brothers,
Clint Searcy, and Jason Searcy, both of Shreveport, his maternal
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Springer of Converse; and his
paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Sherwood S. Searcy of
Mooringsport.
