Samuel L. Sherwood

  Samuel L. Sherwood, 88, died at his residence in Converse on
Saturday, May 6.

  Beloved husband of Aline Cates Sherwood. He was the father of
Bobby H. and the late Samuel Maurice Sherwood; son of the late
Lucie Eagen and Luther H. Sherwood; brother of T.B. Sherwood,
Bemice McGee and the late lrma Carroll; grandfather of Chris
Sherwood and the late Mark and Jeff Sherwood; great-grandfather
of Melanie, Daniel and Justin Sherwood.

  Graveside services will be at Sardis Cemetery in Sardis on May
10 at 11 a.m.
