Albert S. Sherwood

  Services for Albert Sidney Sherwood, 71, of Mansfield, were held
at 2 p.m., on Tuesday, Dec. 26, at Fellowship Baptist Church in
Oak Grove, with the Rev. Ray Tenefield, and the Rev. Jimmie
Lilley officiating. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery, under
direction of Drewett Funeral Home.

  Mr. Sherwood died early Sunday morning, Dec. 24, in a local
nursing home, after a short illness. The lifelong Converse
resident was a retired farmer.

  Survivors include sister, Juanita Sherwood of Converse, and
brothers, J. B. Sherwood, and W. L. Sherwood, both of Converse.
