The Rev. Brian Jennings, and the Rev. Peggy Maricelli officiated. Burial was at Fort Jesup Cemetery, under the direction of Blanchard-St. Denis Funeral Home of Natchitoches, La. Mrs. Sherrill, a native of Robeline, was deceased on arrival at Natchitoches Parish Hospital, Tuesday, December 8, 1987, after a sudden illness. She was a charter member of the Hickory Grove Congregational Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, Eugene Sherrill of Robeline; two sisters, Mrs. Verbin Skinner, and Veda Watts; and three brothers, Clarence Dubois, Roy Dubois, and Claudie Dubois, all of Texas; and a number of nieces and nephews.
