Mrs. Mary P. Toby

  Services for Mrs. Mary P. Toby, were held Jan. 17, 1994, at 11
a.m., at St. John's Catholic Church, with interment at St. John's
Cemetery. Msgr. Norman Buvens officiated. Pallbearers were
nephews.

  Mrs. Toby died Friday, Jan. 14, in Beaumont, Tex. She was 75
years of age. She is survived by one daughter, Bobbie Toby Capps
of Beaumont, Tex.; four sisters, Elizabeth Casey, and Gertrude
Rusturon of Shreveport, Lucille Procell of Many, and Ida Spears
of Hemphill, Tex.; one brother, Dan Silas of Erath; two
grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
