Thibodeaux Garland Cleveland Thibodeaux, 51, of Provencal, died Tuesday, June 4, in the Ft. Polk Hospital. Retired from the Navy, Mr. Thibodeaux was employed at Northwestern State University as an air-condition and refrigeration superintendent. He was a veteran of World War II, the Korean conflict, and the Vietnam War. Funeral services were at 10 a.m., Thursday, June 6, in the Provencal Baptist Church, with the Rev. Billy Burkett officiating, assisted by the Rev. J. H. Huckabee. Burial will be in the Provencal Cemetery, with Masonic graveside rites, under the direction of the St. Denis Funeral Home. Survivors are his wife; parents, Mr. and Mrs. Luther Thibodeaux of Provencal; one son, John Kelly Thibodeaux of Provencal; two sisters, Mrs. R. B. McDonald of Many, and Mrs. Wayne Massey of Porter, Tex.; two brothers, J. L. Thibodeaux, and R. E. Thibodeaux, both of Shreveport.
