Emmitt E. Thibodeaux

  Emmitt E. Thibodeaux, 63, of Florien, died in Many Clinic
Monday, Nov. 3, at 11:30 a.m., following a brief illness.

  Thibodeaux is survived by his widow, Mrs. Bertie Thibodeaux of
Florien; one son, Charles Thibodeaux of Shreveport; two step
daughters, Willie Street of Shreveport, and Opal Danko of
Massena, N. Y.; two brothers, Sidney J. Thibodeaux of San
Antonio, Tex., and Richard Thibodeaux of Jeanerette, La.; two
sisters, Emma Lee of Belwood, and Jenny Lee of Vowels Mill; 16
grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.

  Funeral services were held at the Warren Meadows Funeral Chapel
Wednesday, Nov. 5, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Alvin Gilbeau officiated.

  Burial was in the Fisher Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
