Bertie Thibodeaux

  Mrs. Bertie Thibodeaux, 71, of Florien, died on Sunday, Feb. 28,
at 11 a.m., following a short illness.

  Survivors include one son, Charles Thibodeaux of Florien; two
daughters, Mrs. Willie Street of Shreveport, and Mrs. Opal Danko
of Massena, New York; two brothers, Claudie Self, and Jodie Self,
both of Many; 16 grandchildren, and one great grandchild.

  Funeral services were held at the Cenchrea Nazarene Church on
Monday, March 1, at 2 p.m. The Rev. Virgil Taylor officiated.

  Burial was in the Fisher Cemetery, under the direction of the
Warren Meadows Funeral Home.
