Mr. Ivy Paul Thibodeaux

  Services for Mr. Ivy Paul Thibodeaux, 78, of Thibodeaux, were
held at 10 a.m., July 11, 1995, at Christ the Redeemer Catholic
Church, under the direction of Landry's Funeral Home, Inc. of
Thibodeaux.

  Interment was in St. Louis Bayou Blue, La.

  Mr. Thibodeaux died on July 9, at 12:27 p.m.

  Mr. Thibodaux was a native of Houma.

  Mr. Thibodeaux was a veteran of WWII, Knights of Columbus for 45
years, and former owner of Thibodeaux Insurance Agency, and a
member of American Legion Post 31, in Houma.

  He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Irene Webb of Thibodeaux; two
daughters, Dollie Thibodeaux of Tyler, Texas, and Mrs. Dale
"Sandra" Legendre; one brother, Leon J. Thibodeaux; three
grandchildren, Donnie, and Derek Legendre, and Robert Devine III.

  He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert J., and Victoria
Boudreaux Thibodeaux; one brother, Emile Thibodaux; and one
sister, Lillian Walker.
